July 25 | Life Time Kids Games

Get ready for a fun-filled morning of fitness, friendly competition, and achievement at the Life Time Kids Games!

Designed for children ages 5–13, this exciting event challenges young athletes through age-appropriate running, strength, agility, and power activities. Participants will test their skills with runs, push-ups, squats, planks, a speed course, and a broad jump while building confidence and having fun.
Each athlete will receive an official Kids Games tee, wristband, and the opportunity to earn awards.

Join us at the CityCentre Houston Plaza for a memorable day of movement, sportsmanship, and family fun.

Check-in begins at 9:15 AM. Registration is $30 per athlete.
